Hi, my name is Nick
How have you become okay with being a minor character? What does that mean to you?
Anonymous

I’ve become very appreciative of the greatness of those that I have been blessed to be around; whether it be my family or friends. In past years I was a slave to my own selfish passion and gain and it was incredibly unfulfilling and miserable. Relationship after relationship that was empty and void of anything substantial. So I began to focus on those around me and how I could help and bring joy to them. I don’t know what my role is in this life; I have found I want to be where I am needed and for those that need and want me in their lives. I believe that true and lasting love will find me in due time. You can’t force something natural and real.

As far as what it means to me is, and pardon the LOTR reference (because if you do follow me you will notice I post a lot of LOTR related things) but a Legolas or Gimli to an Aragorn. One who helps their friend in achieving what they were born to be. That’s how I look at myself. Perhaps I’m meant for something greater; only time will tell but I am truly blessed in my life.

I am more than content being a minor character in the story of my life and those around me.

Also, ladies if a man doesn’t like and understand Johnny Cash or Hank Williams you should seriously question his worth and integrity.

If you ain’t got roots you ain’t got shit.

no man, she’s punk and you don’t fuck with punk girls. do you know how long it takes to dye your hair? how hard it is to make sure your eyeliner is perfect?? how stressful it is to find matching blacks??? she’s got enough problems, you don’t need to give her more unless you want her combat boots in your face.
some girls were gossiping about how I looked and I overheard this (via officialstegosaurus)
